How Do I pay with my Credit Card online? To Pay via your Credit Card online, select PayPal during the payment options during the checkout stage. To pay with PayPal you do not need to create or log into an account to pay. Simply enter your billing details and click submit. For further assistance please read how to order online by selecting the tab above or give us a call.
Are my details kept Private?
Hamper World is committed to and respects your privacy.

How do I access my account? If you look at the top of the right hand side column you'll see a link where you can create or login to your account. Alternatively, If you look at the very top, right hand side of the page you will see a couple of links. One of them named 'my account'. Click on it to access your previously created account or to create a new one. If you're still unable to find the link, click here to access your account.
Where can I find my Order ID? Your Order ID is available at the top of your order form. A copy of your order form should have been sent to the email address you specified in the check-out process. If you have lost or misplaced your email, you may find a copy of all your orders made in your account. Just click on Order History at the top of your account page.
How Much Will my Order cost in another currency? If you would like to know how much your order will cost in another currency or just how much the hampers cost in another currency, you can use the free currency converter found on the right hand side column. Simply type in the amount you want converted, then select the currency you would like to convert to and you will instantly see the converted price displayed.
Do you ship World Wide? We currently only ship Australia wide and to New Zealand with our online gift hamper orders. However if you would like a hamper delivered elsewhere please contact us on (613) 9386 6647 for a quote.
How To Order Online
Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the gift or hampers you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you the items you have selected. From this page, you can change an items quantity, choose to continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button.
Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Secure Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. We'll need to know your name and address and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Once you have filled in all your details, click the "Continue" button.
Step 3: Next step is to select your shipping and payment method and add details if you would like to include a personalised message with your order. To include a personalised message, just place it in the provided text box.

Credit Card: To pay by credit card, please select PayPal from the payment options and follow the PayPal instructions below.
PayPal: If selecting to pay by PayPal you will be directed to PayPal's secure checkout form. Here you may login to your PayPal account to pay or you may pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) without the need to have an account to login to. Once successfully completing payment, you should receive a receipt from PayPal via email shortly afterwards.

Fax Order with Credit Card details:
You may fax your gift or hamper order through to us on (03) 9386 6627. Just download and print our offline order form, fill it out and fax it through to us.
Over the Phone by Credit Card:
If you prefer, you may order your gift or hamper by phone. It is a good idea to print off our offline order form before calling us. This way, you will have the full details of your order in front of you when you call. Then simply call (03) 9386 6647 and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order.
Post Order with Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card details:
It is possible to place a gift or hamper order by post. Just enclose your credit card details and a cheque or money order for payment. However, you do run the risk of items in your order becoming unavailable by the time your order is received through the post. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off and fill out our offline order form and post it with your cheque, money order or credit card details to:

Delivery Policy
After ordering your Christmas hamper or general gift hamper online, you will receive an email from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your hamper order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your gift hamper via a Australia Post within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery may take a little longer, in which case we will try to notify you of this.
Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing within 21 days of the due delivery date.

Return Policy
Should an item be faulty or fail to work, and it is covered by a Manufacturers Warranty, we are happy to replace it for you.
We select only the finest quality produce and if for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We do not exchange items simply because you have changed your mind.

Other Policies
Wine Hampers
Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. A Person under the Age of 18 can not receive or accept delivery of a Wine Hamper or Gift.
Pricing
At time of uploading all prices are correct. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to circumstances beyond our control.
Descriptions and Photography
The description “hamper” is used in a general sense. Descriptions and packaging are shown for most gifts. Vintages of the wines may change through the year. While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if for any reason those stated are unavailable. Plates, glasses, vases and other props may not be included.
Year Round Service
Most of our gifts and hampers are available throughout the year. Should a hamper style be out of stock, our staff will contact you and kindly let you know. Christmas products used in our Christmas hampers are replaced with chocolates and biscuits throughout the year.
