If you would like to submit you hamper order offline, please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on the above link to download and print out our Offline Order Form to fill out.
Step 2: Fill in your ordering details including; Your Full Name, Address, Phone, Mobile and (Fax and Company Name if applicable) in section 1 of the order form.
Step 3: In section 2 of the form please fill out the desired items you would like to purchase. Include the Item Code, Name, Qty, Price and Total Price. All Item Codes can be found below there respective pictures here on the website.
Step 4: If the order is to be shipped somewhere other than your address all ready given above, please fill out section 3 of the form. Here you may also sign if you are willing for your delivery to be left in a safe place should no one be home. In addition to this, if your order is to be delivered to more than 1 address, please download the multiple addresses form located above.
Step 5: In section 4 please specify when you would like to receive your delivery by or tick to be delivered as soon as possible.
Step 6: If you would like to include a personalised gift card with your order, please fill out your desired message in the space provided in section 5.
Step 7: Please fill in your full credit card details along with a signature in section 6. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Step 8: After you have completely filled out our offline order form, please fax it back through to us on: (03) 9386 6627.
