If you purchased a single hamper, your hamper will be sent to the address provided.

If you purchased a 4, 12 or 24 hamper option, your delivery will be send to the address provided, unless you choose to split your delivery.

Once Complete upload your form and our accounts team will send you an invoice for the additional delivery fees.

Additional delivery fee of $6 per Hamper to send your order to individual addresses.

• 12 option – additional $72 payable to the merchant
• 24 option – additional $144 payable to the merchant
