How Do I pay with my Credit Card online?  To Pay via your Credit Card online, select PayPal during the payment options during the checkout stage. To pay with PayPal you do not need to create or log into an account to pay. Simply enter your billing details and click submit. For further assistance please read how to order online by selecting the tab above or give us a call.

Are my details kept Private?  Hamper World is committed to and respects your privacy.  Any personal information you give to Hamper World will only be used for purposes reasonably associated with transactions or other dealings between you and us. This may include processing orders, statistical analysis, surveys or communication with you (unless you have requested us not to do so).  Hamper World will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party (unless required by law) without your consent.  Hamper World will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss or from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. How do I access my account?  If you look at the top of the right hand side column you'll see a link where you can create or login to your account. Alternatively, If you look at the very top, right hand side of the page you will see a couple of links. One of them named 'my account'. Click on it to access your previously created account or to create a new one. If you're still unable to find the link, click here to access your account.

Where can I find my Order ID?  Your Order ID is available at the top of your order form. A copy of your order form should have been sent to the email address you specified in the check-out process. If you have lost or misplaced your email, you may find a copy of all your orders made in your account. Just click on Order History at the top of your account page.

How Much Will my Order cost in another currency?  If you would like to know how much your order will cost in another currency or just how much the hampers cost in another currency, you can use the free currency converter found on the right hand side column. Simply type in the amount you want converted, then select the currency you would like to convert to and you will instantly see the converted price displayed.

Do you ship World Wide?  We currently only ship Australia wide and to New Zealand with our online gift hamper orders. However if you would like a hamper delivered elsewhere please contact us on (613) 9386 6647 for a quote.

Collection of Information;  In order to use the Hamper World website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.  All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.  Any information collected by Hamper World is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information;  Any details collected from Hamper World customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.  Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information; The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. Access to Collected Information; If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by phoning us at (03) 9386 6647.

Orders; If you purchase a gift hamper from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications; Hamper World uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by phoning us at (03) 9386 6647.  You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Third Parties;  Hamper World may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.  These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Hamper World does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Legal; We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Links;  Links on the Hamper World site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of Hamper World.

Changes to Privacy Policy;  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by Email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

After ordering your Christmas hamper or general gift hamper online, you will receive an email from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your hamper order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your gift hamper via a Australia Post within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery may take a little longer, in which case we will try to notify you of this.

Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing within 21 days of the due delivery date.

Should an item be faulty or fail to work, and it is covered by a Manufacturers Warranty, we are happy to replace it for you.

We select only the finest quality produce and if for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We do not exchange items simply because you have changed your mind.

Wine Hampers;  Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. A Person under the Age of 18 can not receive or accept delivery of a Wine Hamper or Gift.

Pricing;  At time of uploading all prices are correct. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to circumstances beyond our control.

Descriptions and Photography;  The description “hamper” is used in a general sense. Descriptions and packaging are shown for most gifts. Vintages of the wines may change through the year. While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if for any reason those stated are unavailable. Plates, glasses, vases and other props may not be included.

Year Round Service;  Most of our gifts and hampers are available throughout the year. Should a hamper style be out of stock, our staff will contact you and kindly let you know. Christmas products used in our Christmas hampers are replaced with chocolates and biscuits throughout the year.
